I was actually surprised by the convenience of the airport shuttle at Novotel. I had an early morning flight and the shuttle service made it easy and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The complimentary tea, coffee, and water were a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks with the breakfast and lack of slippers in the room, the overall experience was excellent.

By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Warsaw, had much fun. The reception staff were amicable, always there to help. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Wlochy district.
The breakfast should of been included in the price.

Helpful staff, allocated us in same floor last minute. Assisted with Chinese food order. Free airport shuttle. Well-organized transport. Friendly cleaning staff. Sparkling room. Quick luggage assistance. Yummy breakfast, diet-friendly. Convenient location, bus access to airport and city center. Quiet.

We had a great experience staying here! The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport and attractions in the new area of the city. We loved the various services provided by the staff, such as room service, laundry, and tours. The room was equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and in-room safe, and we enjoyed spending time on the patio and terrace. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight with a range of treatments available, including a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.
That the shower lacked a proper curtain, which caused water to spill onto the floor, but this wouldn’t stop us from recommending this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with friendly staff and excellent amenities.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the airport and train station. The staff was friendly, spoke English, and provided excellent service. The hotel offered a free taxi transfer between the hotel and the airport, making our travel easy and stress-free. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had plenty of space for kids to play. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including waffles. a great family-friendly hotel with all the necessary amenities.
Felt safe walking at night, and the staff was always willing to help with anything we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located very near to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big bed and an extra sofa. The staff provided exceptional service, from the helpful receptionists to the attentive restaurant staff. The breakfast was a big winner, with a wide range of options for vegetarians and children, including delicious freshly baked bread rolls and pancakes. the hotel was conveniently located near the UK Visa center and the city center.
The shuttle bus from the hotel had a long waiting time when collecting people from another hotel.
